$129 New-Patient Visit

For new patients paying out of pocket in Lincoln Park.

Includes a complete exam, a full set of X-rays, and a standard cleaning when there is no gum disease.

The $129 visit fee applies whether or not a cleaning is performed. If gum disease is diagnosed, periodontal treatment is separate and quoted before treatment. Other recommended treatment is additional. This self-pay offer cannot be combined with insurance benefits or the membership plan. Mention the special when requesting your visit.
